Our goal is to ensure the continued success of our financial representatives by providing the proper guidance and support to help them experience both personal and professional growth.  Ray Latiano, CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, CASL®, CLTCManaging Director Ray Latiano approaches client business with the same care and dedication he applies to his own life decisions, weighing risks and benefits and making recommendations as he would if the welfare of his own family was at stake. By matching your needs with innovative solutions, Ray’s priority is to help you protect and provide for the people you care about most. Furthermore, Ray Latiano builds relationships based on integrity and his knowledge of the financial services industry, always striving to provide the high level of ethical service he would expect from a financial partner. Ray enjoys a strong connection to community through his involvement in the American Heart Association, for which he is currently chairman. In addition, he is involved in New Neighbors League of Canton, OH. Ray has been married to Lynn for nearly 30 years. They have two adult children, Pamela and Raymond. He enjoys golfing, traveling, and reading.  Lisa Boucher, CLTCDevelopment Officer Lisa works to develop and coach all financial all representatives in their first five years in the career. She graduated from Akron University in 2004 with a degree in Personal Financial Services and Corporate Finance.
Lisa resides in North Canton, Ohio with her husband, Brian. She enjoys working out, interior design, and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica gets excited about helping her clients and their families create individualized innovative solutions to achieve their goals and dreams which are most important to them.
Jessica graduated from Walsh University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She currently lives in North Canton, OH and enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing softball.
 Patrick OlsenField Director
Patrick establishes relationships with his clients and provides individualized solutions to help them connect their current situation to their future goals and dreams. He graduated for Mount Union College with a degree in Business Administration. Patrick is actively in his community; he is a member of PEAK, Jackson Chamber of Commerce, The American Heart Association, and Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Patrick lives in Canton, OH with his wife, Melissa. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and traveling.
