Managing Director, Ray Latiano, has developed this office to consist of professionals of integrity, dedicated to clients’ financial success. Ray and his team look for career-oriented individuals who not only want to be better, but who strongly desire to achieve the best that lies within them. This is always done with the understanding that the client´s best interest is paramount. Ray Latiano began representing Northwestern Mutual in 1994. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Cincinnati and his M.B.A. in Finance from Youngstown State University. Ray has also earned the CFP, CLU, ChFC and CASL professional designations. Community service is a large part of Ray´s life. His current civic activities include the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce, Saint Michael´s Church and New Neighbors League of Canton, OH. Ray has been married to Lynn for nearly 30 years and reside in Jackson Township. They have two adult children, Pamela and Raymond. He enjoys golfing, traveling, and reading. Office Staff

Courtney joined Northwestern Mutual in August 2005. Courtney is fully licensed in life and health insurance and Series 6.
Courtney oversees the development of staff, handles the day to day operations, and assists the internship program with underwriting and training.
Courtney lives in Massillon, OH with her husband, Adam, and two kids, Nicholas and Alexandria. She graduated from Kent State University in 2006 with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Courtney enjoys playing tennis, watching movies, and scrapbooking.

Bill joined Northwestern Mutual in March 2004. Bill is fully licensed in life and health insurance, Series 6 & 7, and CLTC.
Bill lives in Jackson Township with his wife, Gloria. He graduated from Niagara University in 1968 with a degree in History. In addition, he received his MBA in Finance from St. John's University in 1973. Bill enjoys gardening, golfing, and traveling.
Melissa Olsen
Melissa started at Northwestern Mutual in 2007 and joined my team in 2008. She has both her Life Insurance and Health Licenses.
Melissa resides in Canton, OH with her husband, Pat. She graduated from Mount Union College in 2007 with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. Melissa enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their dogs.
Laura Christine Wagner Laura joined Northwestern Mutual in June 2008. She is fully licensed in life and health insurance in the state of Ohio. Laura lives in Jackson Township and enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and reading. She graduated from Walsh University in 2009 with a degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications.
