Courtney joined Northwestern Mutual in August 2005. Courtney is fully licensed in life and health insurance and Series 6. Courtney oversees the development of staff, handles the day to day operations, and assists the internship program with underwriting and training. Courtney lives in Massillon, OH with her husband, Adam, and son, Nicholas. She graduated from Kent State University in 2006 with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Bill joined Northwestern Mutual in March 2004. Bill is fully licensed in life and health insurance, Series 6 & 7, and CLTC. Bill lives in Jackson Township with his wife, Gloria. He graduated from Niagara University in 1968 with a degree in History. In addition, he received his MBA in Finance from St. John's University in 1973. Bill enjoys gardening, golfing, and traveling.

Melissa started at Northwestern Mutual in 2007 and joined my team in 2008. She has both her Life Insurance and Health Licenses. Melissa resides in Canton, OH with her husbad, Pat. She graduated from Mount Union College in 2007 with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Pyschology. Melissa enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their dogs. She graduated from Walsh University in 2009 with a degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications. Katherine H Creamer Katherine recently joined Northwestern Mutual in March 2010. She graduated from Ohio University in 2009 with a degree in Hearing, Speech and Language Science. Katherine resides in Alliance, Ohio and enjoys running, reading, and watching movies.
